The Foundation’s Communications Officer, in consultation with the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will be responsible for planning and managing Foundation communications in support of key health issues, for extending and protecting its reputation, and for managing Foundation events.

King's Daughters are seeking a full-time director of communications. The requirements for this position include:
• Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree in a communications, public relations or journalism desired.
• Minimum of seven years of public relations, communications or journalism experience.

Experience in communication within a healthcare system or a large multi-subsidiary organization preferred. The responsibilities of this position include assisting the Chief Innovation Officer in designing and implementing the concepts and messages related to an effective internal communication process consistent with the organization’s mission and vision.
